The location of the hotel is good. Centrally located to shops & food joints. Communication is easily available. The room size is decent but the quality is not good. The ac was not working. I complained about it in the reception but in vain. The manager leaves the property at 10pm & the security guard handles the reception. So if you are checking in late do check if the amenities provided are working or not.

Room was okay. The food is bad. Staff behaviour is extremely bad. They will not provide you cutleries if you don't order food from them. Not even an extra glass. I have never seen such weird rule anywhere. Hotel staff have no idea about hotel management. They are good with arguments. Location of the property is good. Room was clean. Ac wasn't working.

They give me a room first where ac was not working after complaining they give me a room where bedsheets and pillows are in dirty condition. When I ordered food they delivered me food after 3 hours that to after calling 4 times. One of the worst experience I had ever with goibibo. Very unprofessional behaviour of the staffs.

Very Bad hotel for amenities, very dirty and bath room is not Good all the bathroom fittings are jammed and not working. Morning breakfast was not good and poori sabji was most distasteful. Hotel is situated in good location but amenities are very bad.

Rooms were nice & cozy.....service was good.At this budget getting a 3 star facility was awesome The hotel was nearby for every place or office I have to visit & the room was large enough to host a meeting with four or five people

overall the service is good .The only concern is management should strictly tell customers not to smoke inside rooms. Because in our case the complete corridor and room had smoking smell and it was there for longer time .

Service is not being provided on time. We asked for towels however we did not received any. We ordered tea they asked us to cancel order since it would take an hour for them to prepare Should Improve services and hygene

I don't recommend to anyone for book this proparty. I have booked a deluxe room, Room ac was not working, Shower is not there, I told that problem to front office but they are not helpful totally waste of money.

Door lock are not available both side Lift not working properly No restuarant available also sealed water bottle Door handle also not available both side No bath soap given and no phynael given for toilet

Didn't met the expectations.....there was water leakage from AC whole night...less spacious room .... bathroom pipes and flushes were not functioning properly. Bit expensive according to room facilities.

Most pathetic hotel, bed and bathrooms are most disgusting no room service or restaurant service also they have failed to provide cold mineral water . Never book the hotel.

Hotel not clean. Suite booked was not even clean. If one is paying Rs 5000/- per night for a suite it should be atleast well equipped.
